Harmoniously Connected Ecosystem
We will initiate the process by diagnosing the management team and if applicable the family dynamics and conducting deep individual interviews with key family members better to understand their aspirations, frustrations, and ideas. Secondly, we will organize a family retreat to conduct an "IKIGAI" workshop to understand each individual's life purpose perspective better. Additionally, we will identify the key talents of each member by utilizing the Gallup Strengths Methodology.

Aligned Vision and Purpose
We will design a 10-year purpose plan, that strives to align the family. This will include a 10-year patrimonial plan, a cash flow generation analysis, and a transition plan to the next generation. In addition, this objective is to achieve alignment on the vision for the growth of the businesses, geographic expansion, diversification investing, exit strategies, and philanthropy, among others. Mediating differences and having constructive negotiations will play a key role in this process.

Solid Governance
We will proceed to analyze the functioning of the board of directors and family council, and suggest a road map to increase its effectiveness. This takes into consideration a profile analysis of its members, compensation policy, meeting dynamics, interaction with management, and formation of key committees, among others. Special emphasis will be given to updating the family constitution. Finally, the appropriateness or not of a family office will be considered.

Robust Strategy
Consist on the design of a 5-year strategic plan for the core business, with careful attention given to its alignment with the family purpose. We will apply SWOT analysis to successfully anticipate potential risks, identify opportunities for growth, leverage strengths of the business and family ecosystem, and address present weaknesses. We will also apply the blue ocean mentality to consider new profit-generating opportunities, debate ideas to pivot from current comfort zones and evaluate possibilities to attain more efficiency.

Conscious Leadership
We will work hand-in-hand with the CEO to help him/her identify opportunities to strengthen its leadership and management practices. We will study the organizational culture and propose changes to foster trust, improved teamwork dynamics, constructive negotiations, empathy, and out-of-the-box thinking. Secondly, we will organize a medium-term plan to strengthen coaching, communication, listening, and delegating skills. In short, we aim to empower many leaders throughout the organization who inspire their teams and achieve excellent results.
